TERMS & CONDITIONS

Deposit 25% of the total price of the holiday cheques made payable to PV & LM WOOD to be sent with the booking form.The balance is payable six weeks before the start of your holiday. The persons occupying the cottage should not differ from those on the booking form.

Cancellation. Should you have to cancel your holiday please inform the Proprietors in writing or by email as soon as possible. If the cottage can be re-let your deposit will be returned less expenses incurred in re-letting. Should you have to cancel before the full amount has been paid the full amount remains payable subject to the above conditions of re -letting. You could take an insurance out to cover this.

Liability. The proprietors cannot accept liability for any injury sustained by any person or the loss or damage to any property brought onto our property.Should the cottage not be available owing to circumstances beyond our control, we will refund the full amount of any monies paid by you and our liability is limited to the refund of such money.

Pets As pet lovers we welcome visitors pets but we must make the following requests dogs must not be allowed to foul the garden area WE INSIST DOGS MUST NOT BE LEFT IN THE COTTAGE ON THEIR OWN please do not allow dogs on the soft furnsings or in the bedrooms please provide your own pet bedding.

Smoking. The cottage is non smoking.

Damage.We all know that accidents happen but all damage must be paid for before your depature.
